SHALAKO (formerly Blackstone Shalako) is a Native American based project with three members of the band that are part of the North American tribes. The Shalako is a highly spiritual ceremony held every year by the Zuni tribe in New Mexico USA. We create our music with the same emotional spirituality and honored to carry our band name as Shalako.
